# Report a bug

**Form: Contact**

Before you send: [Troubleshooting](https://docs.workflow-documents.app/troubleshooting.md) covers the common causes - template errors, missing data, a template name that does not match, and orders older than 60 days. If it is still wrong after that, the form above is the fastest route.

## What makes a report easy to fix

1. **Your store domain** - so we can find the document.
2. **The template name**, and whether it happened in the editor preview, in a workflow or through the API.
3. **The document** - the order number, the time, and the status and error shown on the **Documents** page.
4. **What you expected** the document to look like instead.

## Useful things to attach

- The **PDF** that came out wrong, or a screenshot of the part that is wrong.
- A screenshot of the failed document on the **Documents** page, or of the error in the editor preview.
- A screenshot of your **Shopify Flow** workflow showing the Generate document step and its fields.

> [!WARNING]
> A generated document usually contains your customer's name and address. Only attach what is needed, and blank out personal details where you can. Never paste an API key into this form.

## Prefer another channel?

- **In the app** - the **Help** page has direct contact options.
- **Email** - support@codecreationlabs.com. Include your store URL so we can follow up.

## Missing something rather than broken?

If the app works as designed but does not do what you need, use [Request a feature](https://docs.workflow-documents.app/help/request-a-feature.md) instead. Bugs jump the queue.
