## What to include

A few details let us follow a document from Shopify Flow to the finished PDF:

1. Your **store domain**.
2. The **template name**, exactly as it appears in the app.
3. Whether it was generated from **Shopify Flow**, through the **API**, or is a problem in the editor **preview**.
4. The **order number** (or product or customer) and an approximate **time**.
5. What the **Documents** page showed - status and any error message. See [Document history and downloads](https://docs.workflow-documents.app/document-history.md).
