What to include
A few details let us follow a document from Shopify Flow to the finished PDF:
- Your store domain.
- The template name, exactly as it appears in the app.
- Whether it was generated from Shopify Flow, through the API, or is a problem in the editor preview.
- The order number (or product or customer) and an approximate time.
- What the Documents page showed - status and any error message. See Document history and downloads.
